Shelf wear to tips, corners and edges of the book, spine sunned, no jacket, clean and unmarked. First printing, no others noted. Texas born Jean Bowie Shor, the author, and her husband, Franc, traveled extensively in Asia and the Near East in the years following WWII. She wrote the companion book After You, Marco Polo From Venice to Peking Across High Asia which also details their travels. Most items ship with tracking numbers and (generally over $15.00) jacket protectors if applicable. Clean recycled packing material will be used when possible.
