much wear to tips, corners and edges, very distinct horizontal crease to front cover causing strip of offsetting from beginning to approx. pg. 33 and slight crease to first half of book, tips and corners worn, front hinges repaired. Brown and gilt leather binding scuffed but sound, all edges gilt. Leather bound. The family first came to Rhode Island, migrated to Bennington County, Vermont around 1775, and then westward in the early 19th century. 8vo - over 7" - 9" tall. Hard Cover.
