Ten recipes featuring basil from The Institute of Culinary Arts humorously illustrated by the South African illustrator of the Kaschoo books. Punning fun such as Basil's "free range friend, Benedict", a chicken. (Can't make Eggs Benedict without one.) Books and other items ship promptly with a tracking number and (generally over $15.00) jacket protectors if applicable. Clean recycled packing material will be used when possible.
