The Book Shed

" In 2012 Max Hastings, a British historian, journalist and editor known for his writing about the Second World War, won the Pritzker Military Library’s Literature Award. The award which comes with $100,000 is given for lifetime achievement in military writing. Previous winners include James M. McPherson and Rick Atkinson. Books and other items ship promptly with a tracking number and (generally over $15.00) jacket protectors if applicable. Clean recycled packing material will be used when possible.
